Sculpting Mr. Greene - Blocking
MR. GREENE walks around AMBER to face her. He reaches out to prod her when AMBER jumps up, tumbles for her Raygun and takes aim.
MR. GREENE
(Covering his face)
Wait wait!! Don't shoot! I mean you no harm, Amber!
AMBER
(Confused)
Wait, how did you kn-?
MR. GREENE
Well, perhaps next time when I am about to introduce myself, you shouldn't kick me in the shin, and shoot at me with your Raygun.
AMBER
(Guilty, mischievous, cheeky)
Oops..
MR. GREENE
Oops..? Is that all you have to say?
AMBER
(Shrug)
Yeah, I guess.
MR. GREENE
(Massaging his temple)
We'll need to work on your manners.
Anyway, I am Rhoderick Greene, my friends call me Greene, you may address me as Mister Greene.
AMBER
No thanks, I'll just call you Rick.
MR. GREENE
(Face grimaced, hand squeezing his nose bridge)
Ugh, you're infuriating.
------
A sneak peak at a conversation with Amber and Mr. Greene. =)
Muscle block out, getting the silhouette right as well.
Rough sculpt of Mr Greene's face.
Merging the muscle parts together, attaching the heads to see the overall look and feel.
Further sculpting of details.

Rayguns!
Having a little problem trying to get the "sticker" effect. Look more like glass now and it is not even refracting and reflecting as I want it to. Very happy with how the emission and reflection is working in the gun barrel. Will definitely be visiting this again to improve it further.

Amber's Vespa - Study Sketches
Taking a break from all the number crunching on the render. Need to do some sculpting!
This sketches are mainly to familiarize myself with the general shapes of the Vespa, so that I could reinterpret a design more fitting in Amber's world.
I'm also back to messing about her personality and traits, and thinking of her story. World building is close behind these attempts. =/

Amber Render - Test, Mila Material Shader
UPDATE 16 FEB 2016 :
Some lighting improvements, dress polishing and some color / material changes.
UPDATE 14 FEB 2016 :
Had a chat with Amir, when put to a side to side comparison with a few characters like Elsa, Anna and Rapunzel, Amber seems rather blushed/red. So toned down the subdermal and brought up the epidermal to get something more fair.

Just found out about this awesome shader - mila_material in Maya. Love the customization of the shader, gives me unlimited power! It works surprisingly well with Substance Painter's generated textures and skin + SSS that I created from Mari.
