Pocahontas' John Smith Model

Did an art test for a company.



Took about 15 hours on the original.
I think if there was a real life Pocahontas film, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau would make a good John Smith. xD

An added 4 hours on the altered one.

Also working on a Dota 2 courier. :D

Raven Goddess Set (Death Prophet Set) Part 5

This will probably be the last update on this set. I'll be moving on with another very soon.

My update is that I finally- after 3 days of testing and searching, managed to import the ghost(ultimate) into Dota! With much thanks to Andrew Helenek from this thread : http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=129993

I've managed to do the final compilation in video, but before that here is the final promotional picture for the set.

Another update on the textures. Finally done with the headgear, will be going through all the textures again, but before that I'm planning to overhaul the belt or something. We'll see.

Delicate Raven WIP (Death Prophet Set)

Progress took longer than expected due to some technical issues with PC. Been installing Windows over and over, thinking that I may have some hardware dysfunction with the mobo or processor or RAM, but in the end it was just my DVD reader not working right. So my Windows installation always ends up corrupted.

Anyway, in the texturing process now and have been working on texturing for the past 3 days. Just the headgear and belt left to go.

The hardest part about this set is the feathers. I have broken my hand too many times just painting each and every feather. I am really happy with the results of the ruffles, did not thought I could pull it off by just painting them on a flat plane, but hey I decided to try and voila- happy me.

I'm really worried about the rigging part, I hope the topology on the blouse will follow the body properly to avoid clipping. =x

For now, ONWARD TO HEADGEAR!
